Returns/Exchange Policy

Returns are allowed up to 14 Days after received.

 All Returns must by Authorized so we can track it.

Unauthorized returns will be store Credit for later date

Option 1: Use the postage-paid return label

Please use the original shipping box and packing material, if possible. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label will be emailed for you to print at a discounted return service rate . Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure location where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

We will deduct shipping from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged shipping fee. Same-item exchanges see option 3. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment by email updates. Please allow up to 2 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

If you have lost or misplaced your return label, there are 2 options:

Option 2: Pay the return postage yourself

Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address below. Please have order # to speed process.

Option 3: Exchanges

You can use option 1 or 2. Option 1 we will send you a invoice for the return label. This label is for the same weight as shipping so the item must have the same box or shipping bag. ( 2-ply garbage bag can be used as a shipping bag)  Any extra weight we are charged will be deducted or charged to you. We will pay to reship your item out at no charge if its reasonable. Commercial discounted Shipping rates  depending on weight (1st Class ranges $3 to $6) (2 lb Priority $7 to $18) (3 lb or more $9 to $30)

Returns of Shoes/Clothing/ Canvas Products

All tags Boxes and packing must be returned with the shipment as you received it.

Any Perfume or Smoke odors will not be refunded

Do to Heath codes and some state laws. Some items that can transfer  STD's and infections may not be returned 

Items non-refundable are Bathing Suit, Open pack Socks and Underwear,

Underwear products include Underwear, Briefs, Long Johns. Lingerie, Bikini bottoms, Stockings.Most Leggings, and Shorts that are not worn with under protection 

NFL / Collegiate / or Licensed Merchandise 

All Licensed stickers and decals must be returned with product. Item can not be sold without the Authentic License. And will not receive a refund

When paying for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services and signature conformation for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Please E-mail us the Tracking Information so we can process your return faster.  Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited. When using your own shipping method, a restocking fee will not be deducted from your order refund.
